Industrial Visit to Rasipuram Railway Station by Civil Engineering Students

Our College Civil Engineering Students of II nd and III rd Year Students visited the Rasipuram Railway Station on 05 Dec 2012. It is a very useful Visit for them. 

They have the subject of Transportation Engineering as subject in their curriculam. In their visit they learned some of the details about railways like signalling, interlocking, switches, rails, sleepers, ballast, etc.,

And also they learned about the railway bridge, parts of abutment, return wall, wing wall, bearing piers, kerb and road slab etc.,

Bharath Trophy 2012 Inauguration

Bharath Trophy 2012 Inauguration was held today Nov 22, 2012 at our college ground. Executive member, District Cricket Association, Namakkal Mr. T.V.Muthukumar Inaugurated the Competition in the Presence of Mr. P.Gokulanathan, Correspondent of our College.

Bharath Trophy Starts from Tomorrow

Bharath Trophy cricket tournament starts from tomorrow Nov 22 2012 in our college ground. Thirty teams are registered for this tournament. Thiru T.V. Muthukumar, Executive Member, District Cricket Association, Namakkal will inaugurate the Tournament.

Bharath Polytechnic College Conducts Bharath Trophy Cricket Tournament from Nov 22 to 27 at Bharath Polytechnic College Grounds. This is the 4th year of the Tournament. 30 Teams already registered for this tournament.

Inauguration of Students Association of all Departments

Students Association for the  Departments were inaugurated  in Bharath Polytechnic college on 19-07-2012.Mr. Sivakumar  Sengottuvelappan, Asic design verification engineer, Cisco Systems Inc, San Jose, California, USA.  was the chief guest and in his speech he pointed the emerging trends in technology , the changing scenario in teaching methodology and employment opportunities in IT sector.

Correspondent Mr.P.Gokulanathan addressed the students about the  need of student Associations and the beneficial aspects to the students. Principal Mr.V.Murugan, Mr.Tkannan HR manager  Training were also present on the occasion. Student association office bearers Mr.K.Aravinth Kumar welcomed the gathering and Mr.R.Naveen Kumar proposed   vote of thanks.

Bharath Polytechnic College and Aura Network Signed MoU for Launching AURA TV in the college Campus

              On 16/08/2012 Bharath Polytechnic College Tiruchengode added one more feather to its hitech cap by means of signing MoU with Aura network to launch in the college campus, the first of its kind in the campus of a technical institution in India. Aura network signs industrial knowledge and skills to the doorstep of the students.

            

           In the function P. Gokulanathan correspondent of Bharath Polytechnic College and Arun Bharathi CEO of Aura network signed MoU and the TV was launched.
